Return Eligibility

• Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging whenever possible.

Starting a Return

• To request a return, please email support@jremo.us with your order details before sending the item back.

Refund Processing

• After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If a return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will notify you with the outcome.
